Reviews and Ratings
The hotel offers a spacious and comfortable room suitable for three guests, perfect in case of adverse weather conditions. The location is convenient, within walking distance of key tourist spots in the Gion area despite being on a busy road, which may affect the noise level. The service was exceptionally helpful and stress-free, making our stay hassle-free. However, the dinner options were limited and available only at early time slots.
The hotel is in a perfect area of Kyoto, great for exploring the main tourist attractions on foot. The rooms are spacious and very comfortable for a family of three, but the WiFi could be better. The service was incredibly friendly and helpful, making our stay stress-free. The dining experience was delightful, with delicious meals and a fantastic onsen. However, the WiFi for the Internet was impossible to use, which was a downside.
Staying at this hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms, although a bit overpriced, were comfortable with chairs we could actually relax in, but unfortunately, the proximity to the lobby made using the WiFi impossible. On the bright side, I haven't slept that well in years here.
I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The room was huge and very comfortable for the 3 of us, and it was a beautiful version of a ryokan Japanese style room. The staff was friendly and super helpful, making our travel stress-free. The location was perfect, near all the main tourist sites in Gion. The dining was delicious, and the dinner must be booked in advance. The facilities were excellent.
